Most of the problems that you can have during the pregnancy are related to the posture of the body and the new weight that you need to carry on. - You will feel pain. Remember when we say that the muscles never are late with the notification of pain? Well, the muscles that will notify you first the situation will be your neck, back, and your shoulders. The pain usually begins as something in the background, but it will grow until you can avoid it anymore and start to worry about your lack of concentration because of it.
- It rises up your possibilities of falling down. Your spine belongs to a system called "musculoskeletal system" that keeps you standing up, but if you don't help it, the flow will be disarmed and therefore you'll be more prone to lose the balance
Well, now you know what can do to you a bad posture, so we (And the doctors) recommend be aware of it, stay active, wear comfy and low heeled shoes, stay in a healthy weight; if you spend a lot of time sitting remember to take short walks, stretch your back muscles gently, keep your feets in the floor (Do not cross your legs) and try to keep your back fully supported.
